"Free initial consultation. Transparent fees. Proven results."

That's a mock ad from one agency's April 2026 guide to Facebook ads for event planners. It could just as well sell tax returns.

If your own ad lists packages, hours and rates, you have the same problem. You sell fun, and your ad reads like a price list.

Here's the short answer. A Facebook ad for a party business should feel like the party. Show one happy moment, name your town, give one reason to trust you, and answer the one thing every host asks: are you free that day?

And what sounds more like a party than a song? It sells the fun and leaves your name stuck in their head.

A song ad is a short video where your message is sung, with every word on screen. At 30 Second Ad Factory, the done-for-you ad team from 30 Second Productions, we write a catchy song about your business, an AI singer sings it, and we turn it into a 3D cartoon ad. You fill in a 5-minute form. It's ready in 72 hours.

Here's one we made for a client who's a party magician.

Get one like this for your party business.

Cartoon dog, rabbit and hedgehog band playing music down a bright shopping street

Nobody books a price list

No one has ever hired a magician because of a good hourly rate.

They hire one because they're scared of a flat party. "I just want the kids to have fun." "Please let somebody dance." "I'd love to sit down at my own party."

That's what you're selling. A bounce house is a big bag of air. What the parent wants is two hours of kids who aren't asking for anything.

Every party trade has its own moment:

  • Magicians: the gasp. Or the kid who swears he knows how it's done, and doesn't.
  • DJs: your shyest uncle on the dance floor by the third song.
  • Bounce house rentals: worn-out kids at 4 p.m., and you never touched a strap.
  • Party planners: the host with a drink in her hand, not a roll of tape.
  • Event venues: the second the guests walk in and go quiet.

Pick one. That's your whole ad.

The ad agency Clicks Geek said in April 2026 that kids on a water slide and a thank-you note from a birthday family beat stock product photos.

So show the fun, not the kit.

Then calm the host down

Fun makes them stop scrolling. It doesn't make them hand over the backyard.

The same Clicks Geek guide says the parent is checking for "a legit insured operator." If you're insured, say so. Put your star rating and town on screen too.

Next comes the only question a host really has.

"Are you free on the 14th?"

You can't move a birthday, so skip "Get a quote." Clicks Geek says quote requests underperform on Facebook, and that lead-form ads (ads with a form built in) asking people to "check my date" beat a plain "learn more." That's the agency's own claim, with no numbers shown.

Meta's Leads guide lists a "Check Availability" button, but says not every button is open to everyone. Your last frame can say "Check My Date" either way.

Three party ads you can steal

We wrote these for this post, so they aren't real ads and have no results. Swap in your own details.

The bounce house rental

Your backyard's way too quiet.

Big red castle rolling down your street, [Your Name] brings the bounce, you keep your seat. Shoes off, kids on, jump all day, they're asleep by four, and we drive away.

On screen: [Your Town], plus "insured" if you are. Offer: free delivery when you book this month. Button: Check Availability.

The DJ

Nobody's dancing? Not at this party.

Auntie's kicked her shoes off, Grandpa's on the floor, even Uncle Steve is yelling, "Play one more." [Your Name] plays the hits all over [Your Town], and nobody, nobody's sitting down.

Offer: book by [Date] and the dance floor lights are free. Button: Check Availability.

The party planner

Put down the tape. It's your party.

You pick the day, we'll do the rest, [Your Name] makes you feel like a guest. Tables, flowers, music, cake, one less list for you to make.

Offer: send your date and guest count, get a free party plan. Button: Check Availability.

Run a party venue? Swap the first two lines for "You pick the date, we've got the room, doors swing open and jaws go boom."

Every good party has a plan, and so do these: a hook in the first 3 seconds, the story in the middle, then the offer and next step. Here's a song ad we made that tells a pizza place's story.

Why a song and not just party photos?

A photo shows the party was fun. A song gets stuck in someone's head, along with your name.

MassiveMusic, a sonic-branding agency, reported in August 2026 that a System1 analysis of more than 1,250 award-entered campaigns gave jingles 1.9 times the brand fluency of a standard visual logo. Brand fluency means how quickly people know whose ad it is.

And a singing drain company takes some nerve. A singing party business is just doing its job.

Plus, you can't film while you're pulling a scarf out of a hat. A cartoon needs no camera and no real kids in your ad.

A song won't suit every party, though. Skip it if:

  • You sell wedding rooms. Couples want to see the real one. Use real photos.
  • You plan big galas or high-end weddings. Clicks Geek says event planning buyers shop for taste, so show your real work.
  • You don't want an AI voice on your brand. Our singer is AI.
  • Your Saturdays are already full. Congratulations. Go to bed.

Your ad gets about 40 characters

You get less room than a party invite. As of November 2026, Meta's Reels guide recommends a vertical 9:16 video, 40 characters of primary text and a 55-character headline.

"Bounce houses in [Your Town]" fits in 40. Your package list doesn't, which is good news.

Our ads come vertical, with every word on screen, so they work with the sound off.

What does a party ad cost to make?

Anywhere from your own time to $2,500 for the song alone. A 30 Second Ad Factory song ad is $97. Your ad budget is separate.

Frequently asked questions

How much should a party business spend on Facebook ads?

There's no set number. Event Rental Systems, a party rental software company, suggested a $5-$10 a day minimum for basic awareness in 2025. Clicks Geek's 2026 guide says its bounce house clients mostly spend $4,000-$8,000 a month. That's not a target.

Is the singer a real person?

No. The singing voice in 30 Second Ad Factory song ads is AI, in the style you pick.

Do you run the ads for me?

No. 30 Second Ad Factory makes the ad. You, or whoever handles your ads, puts it live on Facebook and sets the budget.

The short version

One happy moment, one reason to trust you, one question about the date. That's all the best Facebook ads for event planners need.

You could write it, sing it and animate it yourself. But your weekends are full of other people's parties. For a busy owner, our done-for-you team at 30 Second Ad Factory is the best option: we hand you a finished ad to approve, with no tool to learn and nothing to film.

No ad can promise bookings, ours included. But you'll have one that sounds like what you sell.
