1. About This Service

The AI SEO service is provided by 30 Second Explainer Videos Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). It is a one-time, done-for-you optimisation that helps make your website findable and understandable by AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI, and Microsoft Copilot.

This page covers the specific privacy, data handling, and refund terms that apply to the AI SEO service. It supplements (and where specifically noted, overrides) our general Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. What the Service Includes

When you purchase the AI SEO service, we provide:

• An audit of how AI search engines currently see your business
• A custom plugin (for WordPress) or code snippet (for other platforms) containing structured data, schema markup, and other behind-the-scenes code that makes your website readable by AI
• Updates to your robots.txt so AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, PerplexityBot, and similar) are permitted to read your site
• An llms.txt file that summarises your business for AI crawlers
• Submission of your updated pages to IndexNow (Bing and Copilot)
• Nine written reports covering implementation, SEO audit, competitor analysis, marketing psychology, conversion rate, content strategy, copywriting, lead magnet ideas, and a 30-day social media plan

All code we add lives inside a single plugin or include file. Deactivating or removing it restores your website to exactly how it was before.

3. What We Do Not Guarantee

AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI, Copilot, Perplexity, and others) are controlled by third parties. They decide independently which businesses to surface, recommend, or cite in their answers. Their decisions are influenced by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• The quantity and quality of online reviews your business has
• The depth, freshness, and authority of the content on your website
• The competitive landscape in your industry and location
• Your domain authority, backlink profile, and overall online reputation
• How frequently each AI platform re-crawls and updates its knowledge base
• Changes to AI platform algorithms, policies, or indexing behaviour

What we do is make your business findable by AI — we provide the technical foundation AI needs to understand who you are, what you do, and where you operate. Whether AI then chooses to recommend you over competitors depends on the factors listed above and on the ongoing work you do to strengthen your online presence.

Any timelines we reference (for example, "2-4 weeks" or "4-8 weeks") are estimates of when AI platforms typically re-crawl websites. They are not promises of when you will appear in results or how prominently you will rank.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

4.1 You Must Remove Our Work

Before we issue a refund, you must fully remove or deactivate the plugin, code snippet, or include file we installed on your website, along with any associated files (llms.txt, llms-full.txt, IndexNow key files, or any other files we added). You must confirm this in writing and provide reasonable proof, such as:

• A screenshot of your website's admin showing the plugin deactivated or deleted, or
• Confirmation that the code we provided has been removed from your site's custom code, theme, or include files, or
• Permission for us to log in and verify removal ourselves

This requirement exists because the work we delivered is functional intellectual property. Keeping our work installed while requesting a refund would mean you are using a paid service without paying for it.

4.2 You Must Show the Service Did Not Work

You must provide reasonable evidence that the service did not produce the intended effect. Examples of acceptable evidence include:

• Screenshots from ChatGPT, Claude, or Google AI searches showing your business still does not appear after at least four weeks have passed since implementation
• Screenshots of your Google Search Console or analytics showing no change in crawling or indexing
• Any other evidence that demonstrates the technical implementation failed to make your site findable by AI

Because AI platforms re-crawl and update their knowledge on their own schedules, we ask that you give the implementation at least four weeks before requesting a refund on the grounds that it "didn't work."

4.3 What Is Not Covered

The following are not grounds for a refund under this guarantee:

• Your business not ranking in a specific position (for example, "#1 in ChatGPT"). We do not guarantee rankings — see Section 3.
• Your business not receiving a specific amount of traffic, leads, customers, or revenue
• Changes to AI platform algorithms or policies that affect how they surface businesses
• A competitor outranking you
• Reports not containing information you expected that was outside the documented scope of the service
• Dissatisfaction with the writing style, format, or design of the delivered reports or plugin

4.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 30 days of purchase, email jade@30secondproductions.com with:

• Your order email and business name
• The reason you are requesting a refund
• Proof that the plugin or code has been removed (Section 4.1)
• Evidence that the service did not work (Section 4.2)

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days. Add-on upsells (for example, Rush Delivery, AI Ranking Plus, or one-click upsells purchased after the initial order) are covered by the same terms.

5. Data We Collect for This Service

To deliver the AI SEO service, we collect:

• Business information: your business name, website URL, industry, target location, services, competitors, and any business context you provide in the questionnaire
• Contact information: your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number
• Website access credentials: if you choose "install for me," you provide temporary login details (WordPress admin, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, SSH/FTP, or similar) so we can upload the plugin or code
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers

You may choose "self-install," in which case we do not ask for or receive any login credentials.

6. How We Handle Your Website Credentials

If you provide login details so we can install the plugin:

• We use your credentials only to install the plugin or code and to verify that your website still loads correctly afterwards
• We make a full backup of any file we intend to edit before making changes
• We never edit theme files, plugin files, CSS, JavaScript, or existing content
• We never change your site's layout, templates, or design
• We never access, download, or share customer data, orders, or any personally identifying information from your site
• We recommend you change your password or revoke our access once installation is complete

Credentials are deleted from our internal working files once the job is complete, and are not retained beyond what is needed to deliver and support the service.

7. What We Change on Your Website

Our implementation is limited, reversible, and non-destructive. We only:

• Add JSON-LD structured data (schema markup) via a single plugin or include file
• Add allow rules to robots.txt for AI crawlers — we never remove or modify existing rules
• Add or update meta titles and meta descriptions where missing
• Add or update your sitemap.xml
• Add alt text to images that are missing it
• Add FAQ content sections to existing pages where helpful
• Add an llms.txt and llms-full.txt file
• Add an IndexNow key file at your site root

Everything is contained inside a single plugin, snippet, or include file. Deactivating or deleting it restores your site to its pre-implementation state.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your business data. We share limited information with the following service providers to deliver the service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — delivery of transactional and notification emails
• Vercel — website hosting
• Dropbox — delivery of your reports and plugin files
• IndexNow (Microsoft Bing) — submission of your updated URLs to accelerate AI indexing
• Anthropic (Claude API) — we use Claude to help generate reports. Only the business information you provided in the questionnaire is sent; no personal or payment data is shared.

9. Marketing Emails After Purchase

When you purchase the AI SEO service, we automatically remove you from any active marketing or cart-abandonment email sequences for this product. You will continue to receive transactional emails related to your order (the delivery email, report notifications, and support replies).

You can unsubscribe from any optional marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email footer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the AI SEO service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, customers, or business opportunities resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the AI SEO service.
