1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and 30 Second Explainer Videos Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom, governing your access to and use of our website, services, and digital marketing offerings.

By accessing or using our services, placing an order, checking the “I agree” box at checkout, or completing a questionnaire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

Your acceptance of these Terms is recorded with a timestamp and associated with your account information at the time of purchase.

2. Services

30 Second Explainer Videos Ltd provides digital marketing and content production services including but not limited to:

• AI SEO implementation (custom plugins, schema markup, and branded reports)
• AI Ranking Plus (ongoing AI visibility optimization)
• Blog writing and content strategy
• Social media content creation and management
• Press release writing and distribution
• Explainer videos, whiteboard animations, UGC videos, and premium video production
• Website audits (conversion, accessibility, email deliverability, Google Business Profile)
• Holiday and seasonal video content

All services are custom digital products built specifically for your business. The specific deliverables, timelines, and features for each service are detailed on the relevant product pages and in your order confirmation.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our services subject to these Terms. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that you are purchasing the service for your own business use. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the checkout page (USD, GBP, or EUR). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

3.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the transaction is not fraudulent. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy below.

3.4 Payment Disputes

If you have any issue with a charge, you agree to contact us first at jade@30secondproductions.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

Filing a payment dispute (chargeback) does not exempt you from these Terms. If you file a dispute for a transaction that you authorized, you acknowledge that we may submit evidence of the transaction to your card issuer, including your account information, questionnaire data, service delivery records, IP address, correspondence history, and any other relevant transaction records.

Fraudulent disputes (chargebacks filed for transactions that you authorized) may result in account suspension, collection action for the disputed amount plus any fees incurred, and reporting to fraud prevention databases.

4. Production Questionnaire Requirement

After placing an order, you will receive a production questionnaire via email. This questionnaire is essential for us to understand your business and deliver your custom service. It applies to all services including video production, AI SEO, blog writing, social media management, press coverage, and audit services.

You must complete the production questionnaire within 14 days of your order. The questionnaire collects the information necessary to produce your custom deliverables, including:

• Business information, website URL, and industry details
• Service-specific requirements (target keywords, competitors, content preferences, etc.)
• Platform access details (if applicable to your service)
• Brand assets, visual preferences, and style direction
• Target audience and business goals

Failure to complete the production questionnaire within 14 days will result in the forfeiture of your refund rights. We cannot begin production without this essential information, and delays caused by incomplete questionnaires are not grounds for refund.

By completing the questionnaire, you confirm that you are the authorized representative of the business described and that the information provided is accurate.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our services. If you are not satisfied with our work, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions below.

5.2 Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

• Complete the production questionnaire within 14 days of your order
• Request the refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
• Request the refund by emailing jade@30secondproductions.com (this is the only accepted method)
• Provide us reasonable opportunity to address any concerns through our revision process
• Not have previously received a refund from us for the same or similar service

5.3 Refund Exclusions

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

• The production questionnaire was not completed within 14 days
• The refund request is made after 30 days from purchase
• The service has been delivered (digital files sent, plugin installed, reports generated, posts published, or press release distributed)
• You have used the deliverables in any capacity (installed a plugin, published content, used reports, etc.)
• The request is for subscription services after the first billing cycle
• The refund was not requested via email to jade@30secondproductions.com

5.4 How to Request a Refund

The only way to request a refund is by emailing jade@30secondproductions.com with your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Filing a bank dispute or chargeback is not a substitute for our refund process and does not constitute a valid refund request.

6. Subscription Services

Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis (e.g., Blog Growth, Social Media Management, Video Growth, AI Ranking Plus, Holiday Video Club).

6.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the subscription rate.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing jade@30secondproductions.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months. You will continue to receive service until the end of the paid period.

6.3 First Month Guarantee

New subscribers are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee for the first month only, subject to completing the production questionnaire. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable.

7. Digital Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Delivery is considered complete when:

• Video services: Final video files are sent to you via email or shared folder
• AI SEO: Plugin file and/or reports are delivered via email or shared folder, or plugin is installed on your website
• Blog writing: Blog posts are delivered via email, shared folder, or published to your website
• Social media: Content calendar and posts are created for your accounts
• Press coverage: Press release is distributed to news outlets
• Audit services: Report is generated and delivered via email or shared folder

Once digital deliverables have been sent or made available to you, delivery is complete and the service is considered rendered regardless of whether you have opened, downloaded, or used the files.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, logos, trademarks, or materials you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering your service.

8.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use the deliverables for your business purposes. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

8.3 Third-Party Assets

Deliverables may include licensed stock footage, music, images, or other assets. Your license to use the final deliverables includes the right to use these assets as incorporated, but not to extract or use them separately.

9. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included depends on your package:

• Standard packages typically include 2-3 revision rounds
• Premium packages may include unlimited revisions
• The specific number is stated on the product page and in your order confirmation

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving each draft. Revision requests should be consolidated into a single, clear document to ensure efficient processing.

10. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by service and are stated on the product page. Typical delivery times are:

• AI SEO Implementation: 48 hours
• Blog Posts: 7 business days
• Social Media Content: 7 days for initial content plan
• Press Coverage: 48 hours
• Explainer Videos: 7 business days
• UGC Videos: 48 hours
• Audit Reports: 24-48 hours

Timelines begin after you complete the production questionnaire and provide all required materials. Delays caused by incomplete information or slow feedback are not our responsibility.

11. Data Collection and Activity Logging

To provide our services, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations, we collect and retain the following information:

• Account information (name, email address, billing address)
• Questionnaire responses and business information you provide
• Transaction records (amounts, dates, payment method details)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps)
• Communication records (emails sent and received)
• Service delivery records (project status, completion dates, files delivered)

This information may be used as evidence in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, as described in Section 3.4. By using our services, you consent to this data collection and its use for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Our services involve implementing technical optimizations, creating content, and distributing materials on your behalf. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or performance metrics. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

12.1 AI SEO and Search Visibility

Our AI SEO services involve implementing structured data (schema markup), creating llms.txt files, configuring robots.txt rules, and building technical assets designed to improve your visibility on AI-powered search engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and Perplexity. These are technical implementations that make your website more accessible and understandable to AI systems.

We do not and cannot guarantee that any AI search engine, traditional search engine, or recommendation platform will recommend, cite, rank, or display your business in any specific position or at all. AI search engines and their algorithms are operated by third parties (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others) and are entirely outside our control. These platforms may change how they crawl, interpret, index, or surface information at any time and without notice.

Our service provides the technical foundation that improves your eligibility for AI citations. Whether and when AI platforms choose to recommend your business depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: the AI platform's algorithms, your website's domain authority, your online reputation, the competitive landscape in your industry, and the specific queries users ask.

12.2 Press Release Distribution

Our press coverage service includes writing a professional press release and distributing it through our distribution network, which includes major news wire services and publication outlets. Distribution does not guarantee publication. Publication decisions are made solely by each outlet's editorial team and are outside our control. We cannot guarantee that any specific publication (including but not limited to AP News, Bloomberg, USA TODAY, or any other outlet) will publish, feature, or link to your press release.

12.3 AI Ranking Plus (Ongoing Optimization)

AI Ranking Plus is an ongoing monthly service that includes directory management, citation building, review solicitation, social media posting, and monthly visibility reporting. We make reasonable efforts to improve your AI search visibility over time, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, visibility score, number of AI citations, review count, or business outcomes such as increased traffic, leads, phone calls, or revenue.

12.4 Blog and Content Services

Blog posts and written content are created to support your online presence and search visibility. We do not guarantee that any content will achieve specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business results. Content performance depends on many factors including your website's existing authority, competition, and search engine algorithms.

12.5 Audit Reports and Assessments

Audit reports (including free SEO audits, conversion audits, and other assessments) represent a point-in-time snapshot based on the data available at the time of the audit. Scores, findings, and recommendations are generated using automated tools and AI analysis and should be treated as professional opinions, not guarantees. Website conditions, search engine algorithms, and competitive landscapes change frequently, and audit results may not reflect current conditions if viewed at a later date.

12.6 General Results Disclaimer

Any examples of results, case studies, testimonials, or performance metrics shared on our website or in our marketing materials represent individual outcomes and are not guarantees of future performance. Your results may vary based on your industry, location, competition, website quality, and many other factors. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms and services including but not limited to: Google (Search, Business Profile, AI Overviews), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Microsoft (Bing, Copilot), Perplexity, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Stripe, news distribution networks, social media platforms, and directory listing services.

We are not responsible for any changes, outages, policy modifications, algorithm updates, or discontinuations of service by these third-party platforms. If a third-party platform changes how it operates in a way that affects our service delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we are not liable for any resulting impact on your results.

14. Website Access and Modifications

Some services (including AI SEO implementation) may require access to your website, content management system, or hosting platform. When you provide login credentials or access to your website:

• You confirm you are authorized to grant such access and to approve modifications to the website
• You are responsible for maintaining current backups of your website before any changes are made
• You understand that technical changes (such as installing plugins or adding code) carry inherent risks including potential conflicts with existing plugins, themes, or custom code
• We take reasonable precautions (such as using self-contained plugins that can be deactivated to revert changes) but cannot guarantee compatibility with every website configuration

We will never modify your website's visual design, existing content, theme files, or functionality beyond the scope of the purchased service. All changes we make are limited to the technical implementations described in your service package.

15. One-Time Services vs. Subscriptions

AI SEO Implementation ($349), Press Coverage, Explainer Videos, and other one-time purchases are single deliveries. Once your deliverables are completed and delivered, the service is finished. One-time purchases do not include ongoing maintenance, monitoring, updates, or optimization unless explicitly stated. If you require ongoing services, these are available as separate subscription products.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 30 Second Explainer Videos Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 30 Second Explainer Videos Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
