By accessing or using our services, placing an order, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

30 Second Explainer Videos Ltd provides video production services including but not limited to:

• Explainer videos (animated and live-action)
• Whiteboard animation videos
• UGC-style videos
• Social media content creation and management
• Holiday and seasonal video content
• Premium video production

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our services subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the checkout page (USD, GBP, or EUR). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

3.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy below.

4. Production Questionnaire Requirement

After placing an order, you will receive a production questionnaire via email. This questionnaire is essential for us to understand your business, brand, and video requirements.

You must complete the production questionnaire within 14 days of your order. The questionnaire provides us with the information necessary to create your video, including:

• Business information and branding
• Video script or key messaging points
• Visual style preferences
• Target audience information
• Any specific requirements or assets

Failure to complete the production questionnaire within 14 days will result in the forfeiture of your refund rights. We cannot begin production without this essential information, and delays caused by incomplete questionnaires are not grounds for refund.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our services. If you are not satisfied with our work, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions below.

5.2 Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Complete the production questionnaire within 14 days of your order
• Request the refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
• Provide us reasonable opportunity to address any concerns through our revision process
• Not have previously received a refund from us for the same or similar service

5.3 Refund Exclusions

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

• The production questionnaire was not completed within 14 days
• The refund request is made after 30 days from purchase
• The video has been delivered and you have approved the final version
• You have used the video in any commercial capacity
• The request is for subscription services after the first billing cycle (for monthly subscriptions, you may cancel anytime but refunds apply only to the first month)

5.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at jade@30secondexplainervideos.com with your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

6. Subscription Services

Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis (e.g., Video Club, Social Media Management).

6.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

6.3 First Month Guarantee

New subscribers are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee for the first month only, subject to completing the production questionnaire.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, logos, trademarks, or materials you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of creating your video.

7.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use the video deliverables for your business purposes. We retain the right to use completed videos in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7.3 Third-Party Assets

Videos may include licensed stock footage, music, or other assets. Your license to use the final video includes the right to use these assets as incorporated in the video, but not to extract or use them separately.

8. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included depends on your package:

• Standard packages typically include 2-3 revision rounds
• Premium packages may include unlimited revisions
• The specific number is stated on the product page and in your order confirmation

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving each draft. Revision requests should be consolidated into a single, clear document to ensure efficient processing.

9. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by service and are stated on the product page. Typical delivery times are:

• Explainer Videos: 7 business days
• UGC Videos: 48 hours
• Social Media Content: 7 days for initial content plan
• Holiday Videos: 48 hours

Timelines begin after you complete the production questionnaire and provide all required materials. Delays caused by incomplete information or slow feedback are not our responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 30 Second Explainer Videos Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 30 Second Explainer Videos Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
